The Vanco 280501 HDMI Extender over Single Cat5e/6 with IR, extends high definition video and audio signals, and IR, at a distance of up to 196ft/60m over a single Cat5e/6 cable. No EQ adjustments are necessary as the receiving unit automatically adjusts for gain by just a push of a button. Fully supports 1080p high definition resolution, multiple audio formats, and is HDCP compliant. In addition, IR pass-through allows for source control with IR accessories included. For displays without ARC capability, or when ARC settings are not working as they should, the built-in “ARC Backup Plan” is featured where audio can still be extended utilizing SPDIF. For applications where ARC signals need to be extended above HDMI® cabling limitations to an amplifier or distributed audio system, the PAEXARC1 is the perfect solution.

The range of the PAXEARC1 will vary depending on the HDMI®/ARC sample rates. For instance, higher sample rates, 192kHz, will be rated at 295ft (90m), while lower sample rates, 96kHz, will be rated at 492ft (150m).

USB 1.1 Extender over Ethernet up to 150ft

The maximum distance for a USB cable is typically 15 feet. After that, the USB signal begins to fade and reliability becomes an issue. USB cables with repeaters are one solution, but the USB-EXTENDER can carry your signal far beyond the scope of a booster. They use the twisted pairs of a single Ethernet cable to achieve extraordinary distances. Using this extender set, you can increase your distance to up to 150 feet using Cat5E cables. Rated for USB 1.0 and 1.1 standards and specifications, the USB-EXTENDER is best suited for printers, keyboards, and mice but may not be appropriate for external hard drives, cameras, or charging and syncing mobile devices. Techlogix Networx Fiber-based SFP to SFP Media Converter

The receiving unit is responsible for equalizing the transmitted HDMI signal and reconstructing IR signals.

*NOTE – All specifications and ratings for the EVEX4K70 have been tested and confirmed using Cat6 cabling. Cat6 or better is strongly recommended for optimum performance, achieve rated distance, and to maximize resolution capabilities of this product. Cat5e is not recommended and may not achieve distance and/or resolution expectations.

The MC200CM is a media converter designed to convert 1000BASE-SX fiber to 1000Base-T copper media or vice versa. Designed under IEEE802.3ab 1000Base-T and IEEE802.3z 1000Base-SX standards, the MC200CM is designed for use with multi-mode fiber cable utilizing the SC-Type connector. The MC200CM supports shortwave (SX) laser specification at a full wire speed forwarding rate. It works at 850nm on both transmitting and receiving data.

The PureLink AV HCE II Tx 4K HDMI over HDBaseT Transmitter is designed for in-wall cable installations. It allows you to extend HDMI signals past the typical 50 foot maximum using Ethernet cable. Cat6A or Cat7 Cables are recommended for maximum performance.

The HCE II supports embedded lossless audio formats, bi-directional IR signals, and HDCP-protected content. The ultra slim design makes for a compact, discreet installation.

Evolution 4K HDMI Extender over Single Coax Cable with Bi-directional IR

The Evolution by Vanco EV4K2004 HDMI Extender can send and receive 4K resolutions over single RG6 coaxial cable with Bidirectional IR. Capable of extending 4K@60Hz up to a distance of up to 330ft/100m and 4K@60Hz with HDR10 High Dynamic Range up to 230ft/70m. The EV4K2004 also features bi-directional IR, which allows for control of the source or display. Also features dynamic EDID management, which allows and encourages source and display “handshake” for seamless integration. The transmitting unit is used to capture the HDMI input with IR signals and carries the signals via one RG6 coaxial cable. The receiving unit is responsible for equalizing the transmitted HDMI signal and reconstructing IR and control signals. The EV4K2004 offers the most convenient solution for HDMI extension over a single coaxial cable with long distance capability, and provides a solution in applications where additional cables cannot be installed.

*Installation Note: RG6 coaxial cable must be used, RG59 and mini coax will not work with this product; coaxial connections must be BNC and home-run cable strongly recommended.

The BG-EXH-70C 4K HDMI extender can transmit an uncompressed 4K@60Hz HDMI signal with zero latency at distances up to 70 meters. By utilizing a Cat6/6A/7 network cable this extender allows a signal to be transmitted farther than is possible using standard HDMI cables. Digital audio extraction for an external audio system can be done via the S/PDIF port and supports LPCM, DTS-HD, DTS-Audio, Dolby Digital, and Dolby TrueHD audio formats. The HDMI loop-out allows for an additional display on the transmitter side. Plug and play setup, bi-directional IR pass-through, and surge protection ensure easy setup, flexibility, and reliability.

Extend the range of a PoE connection

Cascading Power

You can daisy-chain multiple of the PoE extenders to increase the transmission distance even further. Techlogix Networx TL-IR-CC IR Coupling cable 

How many times have you had to output an IR signal from your control system to the input of an HDMI extender? In the CI world, this is an extremely common requirement. For years, the solution has been to tape the IR emitter from the control system to the IR receiver of the extender. Sometimes, the IR receiver is designed to rest on a surface and features a rounded, aesthetically pleasing appearance, but this makes attaching the IR emitter with a flat base difficult. Then, you have a wad of tape in the middle of two thin wires that turn that expensive installation into an unsightly mess. This is where the TL-IR-CC comes in.

The TechLogix TL-IR-CC allows direct IR to IR connections between devices. The IR IN (TRS) connector is compatible with an IR input which provides +5V DC to the tip of the connector. The TL-IR-CC allows a direct connection between the IR output of a third-party control system and a Techlogix extender. The TL-IR-CC will also allow daisy-chaining IR signals between Techlogix extenders.
