How do I change my order?
How can I order?
Placing an order on the website is the easiest way. Add items to your cart and proceed to check-out. If you’d rather not order online, you can give us a call during business hours to order.
Why isn’t local pick up a shipping option?
Either you are not local to our NC warehouse or one or
more items in your order isn’t stocked locally. Individual product pages will
state local pickup availability.
Why isn’t my order Tax Exempt?
If your billing or shipping address is located in NC,
our website will charge you tax. All it knows is where you are. To place an NC
tax exempt order, please give us a call. We will need a copy of your tax exempt
certificate if we don’t already have it on file.
Can I change my shipping address?
Sure! But please contact us within 15 minutes of
placing your order or we may not be able to change it. Changing a shipping
address may also change shipping charges.
What do I do if there’s something wrong with my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Report any order issues by phone, email, or chat within 5 days of receipt. We may ask for pictures to resolve the issue more quickly.
Do you have any coupons I can use?
Subscribe to our
newsletter and follow us on social media for the most up-to-date coupons. You
can also check the home page of our website to see if we are running a current
special or sale.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders placed before 4:00 Eastern ship the same
day. Certain brands or products may have more of a lead time. Once shipped,
typical ground transit is 1 to 5 business days.
Why doesn’t my order qualify for Free Shipping?
In most cases, the order simply does not meet the
minimum total for free shipping. Certain bulk cable, racks/enclosures, tools,
and wire management solutions cannot ship free due to weight and dimension
restrictions.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping via USPS for most
products.
Where is my order?
If you have an account, just log into your account to
check tracking on your order. You can also take a peek at the tracking number
sent via email once the order has shipped. If neither is an option for you,
contact us and we can check.
Do you ship on holidays?
We do not ship on most major holidays.

Do you offer free returns?
We currently offer free
return shipping on most orders.
How long do I have to return my order?
The return window is 60
days from the date of purchase for most items. Middle Atlantic, Kendall Howard,
and Great Lakes products have a 30 day window.
Are there restocking fees?
We hope not. However,
restocking fees may be charged if a product is returned in a condition that is
no longer like new. Select brands are also always subject to a restocking
fee.
