California Proposition 65 Warning
Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The JCH349 USB 3.1 Type-C Charging Bridge allows for USB Type-A devices to be connected simultaneously at a transmission speed of 10 Gbps, while still providing connectivity and support for USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) and 1.1 (12 Mbps) devices. Connected with a power source, the USB Type-C input charging port allows you to keep charging your notebook or smartphone.
Compatible with MacBook®, Chromebook®, XPS 13/15 computers, and most other USB Type-C™ devices. For ultimate functionality, use the JCH349 USB-C™ 3.1 Charging Bridge with j5create's JUP4275 for laptops/tablets, and/or use the JUP1230 for mobile devices.
USB Type-C is the new standard for connecting PCs and laptops and will eventually replace all current USB cables and connectors. This new USB standard can be found on laptops, phones, tablets, etc. The USB Type-C has a slim and reversible design, so there is no wrong way to plug it in.
