The laptop cooler works as advertised but really wish the included cable was a bit longer. I almost feel bad even saying that because of how amazing working with their customer service rep was. She deserves a raise and was easy to work with maintaining a professional demeanor yet being very concise. She handled issue quickly and accurately and I never felt like she questioned the legitimacy of my problem. Ive had a rough time with others in that area recently bcus of it happening so often at our new residence. I almost would have given a 5 star review if the laptop cooler was broken, but for the sake of honesty and being useful to other potential buyers the laptop cooler pad works fine. 4 out of 5 but Ive given a full 5 stars bcus of the awesome service I received.
