California Proposition 65 Warning
Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more that 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.

The HDMI Modular Coupler is certified and support enhanced and high-definition video along with eight (8) channels of digital audio. They are a popular option for connecting high-definition televisions (HDTV) to Blu-ray players, and many other home entertainment devices. The coupler has female connectors on both ends to connect two HDMI cables. The conductors within each connector are made with 99.99% oxygen free copper which achieves a minimum 101% IACS conductivity rating. The terminal is composed of a copper alloy, covered by a concentric nickel plating. The nickel-copper alloy provides high corrosion resistance and outstanding mechanical properties. The terminal is then plated with gold to boast better shielding and eliminate oxidation. The coupler is designed to be snapped into any outlet with an available port; such as a faceplate or surface mount box. The housing of the HDMI Modular Coupler is available in white. HDMI couplers are packaged in a resealable bag to protect and store them for later use.
